Charging 12v bike battery using 5v phone charger and step-up boost converter.
Requirements
1) 5V phone adaptor with USB cable.
2) DC-DC Step-up Boost converter.
3)Two Alligator Clips.
4)Two normal wires.
About DC-DC Adjustable Step-up Boost Power Converter Board Module

The connection of the circuit is simple as follows
Connect +ve wire(red) of the USB cable to +ve of DC-DC Step-up Boost converter and -ve wire(black) of the USB cable to -ve of DC-DC Step-up Boost converter at the input of the module.
Connect the output of the DC-DC Step-up Boost converter module to +ve of the module to +ve of battery terminal and -ve of the module to the -ve terminal of the battery as shown in the video.
The output voltage of the module should be the charging voltage of the battery as specified on the battery specifications.
Adjust the out voltage of the module using the potentiometer on the DC-DC Step-up Boost converter module as shown in the video.
Precautions while charging 12v bike battery
- Always handle batteries with care.
- Do not short circuit the battery terminals.
- Never overfill with acid.
- Never allow children access to a battery.
- Always charge the battery in a properly well-ventilated area.
- Never allow the battery vents to become blocked.
- Always wear eye protection for safety.
- Always wear protective clothing.
